i'm using an Android app called "FFmpeg Media Encoder" which uses the latest v4.1.3.
My device is Huawei Y5II (mtk-6582, Quad-Core 1.3Ghz, RAM 1gb ... yeah, it's a ridiculous phone!)
Since i currently don't own a PC, i'm wondering that --apart from the conversion speed-- what are the differences of using FFmpeg on Android vs PC?
I mean, for instance, i want to encode my FLAC collection to mp3.
if i use this command on my weak Android device:
ffmpeg -i input.flac -c:a libmp3lame -b:a 192k -compression_level 0 output.mp3
will it have the same Quality if i use exactly the same command on a Powerful PC?
Speed doesn't matter... i'm only talking about the Quality.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
