I'm converting an video and ffmpeg adds freeze frames just before the end of the converted video. Then it plays the last few frames as it should.
The original vídeo is 648 frames, but ffmpeg encodes it with 654 frames. When I use "vsync cfr" at the end of the conversion, ffmepeg displays "frame=648", but in reality the vídeo end ups with 654. if I don't use "vsync cfr", ffmepg displays "frame= 654" and the video end up also with 654 frames.
Maybe this is a bug of ffmepg?
