How to run ffmpeg [email protected] screen capture

ffmpeg -y -hide_banner -f gdigrab -framerate 60 -draw_mouse 1 -offset_x 0 -offset_y 0 -video_size uhd2160 -i desktop -r 60 -c:v hevc_nvenc -pix_fmt yuv420p -b:v 51M -f mp4 "output.mp4"
But as I can see, my videos not in 60 framerate :\
