I am trying to cut h264 encoded video files (mkv format) without reencoding the video (I just want to cut and paste two videos).
Using ffmpeg with -ss option, I have some error message "Non monotonous DTS in output streams”.
This is probably due to the fact that in h264 files there are I,P and B frames in orders that are different from the order of
the apparition at screen, but a cut instruction should be able to manage it.
Does anybody succeed in doing that properly ?
Questions involving a Windows version of FFmpeg.
