Can't decode PNG

Post by kitovyj »

Hello,

I'm using the latest zeranoe ffmpeg build on windows.

I used to use ffmpeg to make a slide show out of set of .png files using command:

Code: Select all

ffmpeg -framerate 100 -i conv%09d.png -vf scale=1024:-1 -sws_flags neighbor -r 10 out.avi
However, with the recent version it failes. I noticed that even when I do ffmpeg -i conv000000000.png it gives me:

Code: Select all

c:\vb-shared\vera_video>ffmpeg -i conv000000001.png
ffmpeg version N-87353-g183fd30 Copyright (c) 2000-2017 the FFmpeg developers

  libpostproc 54. 6.100 / 54. 6.100
conv000000001.png: Invalid data found when processing input
What does it mean? That png file can be easily opened with any image viewer. The file is attached.

Thanks in advance.

I don't see the attached file.

Please use the code button to format your command and the output.

Sorry, it was my fault. Several files in the sequence were of zero length. Please close the thread.
