PNG image sequence w/alpha to webm

Post by 3jfdskmf3jm » Sun Oct 09, 2016 12:19 pm

hi all,

quite strange behavior when converting from PNG image sequence w/alpha to webm.

both used the following string:

Code: Select all

ffmpeg -framerate 60 -f image2 -i s%02d.png -c:v libvpx-vp9 -pix_fmt yuva420p output.webm
The only thing I can think of is that set 1 does not have a blurred edge whereas set 2 does which causes a strange blue background. See below.

Any Ideas?

Set 1 [THIS IS WORKING]

Set 2 [THIS IS NOT WORKING]

fig. 2b: webm with alpha NOT WORKING
