I'm using ffmpeg for the first time. I have an MKV file with video with DTS-HD audio. I want to keep the video and DTS-HD audio as it is. I want to convert DTS-HD audio to AC3 and add to existing MKV file so that my new MKV file will have the following
This is the command I ran
It create a file with the following.
Code: Select all
ffmpeg -i "G:\EDO.mkv" -map 0:v -map 0:a:0 -map 0:a -c:v copy -c:a copy -c:a:0 ac3 -ar 48000 C:\EDO.mkv
As you can see it changed the order or audio streams. I wanted AC3 as the 2nd audio stream. Did I make a mistake with my command?
