Can't figure out REMUX command

Post by theDwiz » Wed Oct 31, 2018 1:52 pm

I have FFmpeg installed and checked it via CMD and it works, but I’m still confused how to batch a folder. All I wanna do is Remux all 4,500 MKV files in a single folder to MP4. No quality loss, just a container swap.

File Directories:
T:\PreRemux (original MKV)
T:\PostRemux (ending MP4 file)

What command would do this?

Assuming you're in T:\> :

Code: Select all

FOR %A IN (PreRemux\*.mkv) DO ffmpeg -i %~fA -c copy PostRemux\%~nA.mp4
