Has anyone built FFMPEG on Windows with the new transform filter opensourced by Facebook ? Wanted to try it out on 360 videos to see how much it improves the performance.

The license is garbage, so it can't be added to FFmpeg unless they use a non-retared license, but that's the corporate mindset for you.

It has many AVOptions. I'm not sure how intuitive it is to use.

There is a panorama filter submitted to ffmpeg-devel, but it hasn't been applied yet.

License kind of seems like MIT to me is there something weird about it?

Do you have a link to ffmpeg-dev discussion of the panorama filter? I couldn't seem to find it for some reason.

Thanks!

OK I did put some "custom" builds with it up here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/ffmpeg ... leted=true
search for "transform"

Hi
I wanted to ask, if its possible to make an updated version of this custom build.
Looks like there are some improvements and renaming on the filter and I would like to test it...

If possible, highly appreciated ;)
