Special Build With WMA 9.2

Post by darknior » Mon Sep 08, 2014 1:13 pm

Please i can't compile and don't understand it myself ffmpeg :(
I don't know to where to find the good source code ... http://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg.git;a=tags

I only want to know if some one can help me and compile for me a special build of ffmepg for Windows 32 bit, not important to have 64 i think.

I read this topic : http://forum.mediacoderhq.com/viewtopic ... 17&t=11103

They explain that the x86 builds to 5191 has, and is the last one with WMA 9.2 !
Why is it the last ... i don't know, but i really want to have a build with this codec please.
In 2009, ‘rhycos’ (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7617&p=23310&hilit=wmv9+build+4399#p23310) pointed out that build 4399 was the latest version that encodes to WMV9 with WMA 9.2 (WMA9). In Oct 2011, this still seemed to be the case until build 5191. With this build I was able to encode to WMV9 with audio as WMA 9.2. The Properties window displays the video as WMV3 and the audio as WMA, which is confirmed in MediaInfo as WMV 9 with WMA 9.2
Is some one can help me ?

Thanks a lot to accept my request :D

I'm working with PepsiLight to had perfect XMV support to his software : http://www.m4ng.fr/

XMV is Xbox Movie Video, the video format of the old xBox 1.
To make it, we must have an WMV with a special format !
Video : Windows Media Video 8 -> already in ffmpeg with wmv2
Sound : Windows Media Audio 9.2 -> not in ffmpeg
ffmpeg only encode wmav2 (Windows Media Audio 2) and it crash the XMV converter.
It is one of the best video encoder ever ... if some one can help us to add the old ffmpeg to make good WMV we can convert to XMV, it will be fantastic :D
