H.265 with x265

I'm unable to reproduce this with either Win32 or Win64.

Can you please try a different input video to confirm it is not format specific?

Can you provide some information about your machine too?

An .AVI crashes, too. Btw., the use case here is the transcoding of recorded TV signals.

My systems are ThinkPads T61 with Core 2 Duo CPUs. Admittedly, not the most recent of hardware: too old for H.265?

OK, issue resolved (well, sort of).

I fired up my Win7-64 image on the T61 and both the 32bit and the 64bit releases run. No, they *crawl*:

So, I'll stick with H.264 for the time being.
