OK a few people have asked for certain binary releases so I'll just mention them here when they happen. These are built from running
https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers (if you want to build your own) and tend to be a kind of "everything including the kitchen sink"

Thanks all!

Hey guys,
Does anyone know if someone is continuing to make the x265, 10bit builds? I can't see any on sourceforge.
Also, can I ask a really stupid question. Why does it need to be a separate binary? Will it ever be an all in one? Seems kinda odd to me, but I'm not a developer.
thanks.

roll your own using this method ?
https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers
( the ffmpeg build appears to work nicely; please be aware the ffmpeg build is under suggested revision to use newer library dependency build versions per
https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-b ... -292924525 )

That seems awfully complicated for a newbie, I'm only dabbling to reduce some disk space! I'll wait for a pro to do it.
