I would like to describe my problem and maybe one of you will have solution for it.
I have a cheap audio/video grabber capable to capture 640x480 25fps quality video and 48kHz 1 channel audio. I use Linux Debian 10 Buster and I use ffmpeg from the distribution so it is in version 4.1.4-1~deb10u1.
I capture movie using following ffmpeg commands:
ffmpeg -f alsa -ac 1 -i hw:1 -f v4l2 -framerate 25 -video_size 640x480 -input_format mjpeg -i /dev/video0 -c h264 -aspect 16:9 -acodec libmp3lame -ab 128k out1.mkv
ffmpeg -f alsa -ac 1 -i hw:1 -f v4l2 -framerate 25 -video_size 640x480 -input_format mjpeg -i /dev/video0 -c h264 -aspect 16:9 -acodec libmp3lame -ab 128k out2.ts
You can find samples of recorded files here:
I am capable to play these files using VLC player however using Windows 10 default player I get 0xc1010103 error code more over I am not able to play these files on Samsung smart TV (Other x264/mp3 movies are played correctly).
I would like to know what I did incorrectly, Where did I do an error?
I would like to also play these captured movies on different types of players and not only on VLC, I have even plan to broadcast mpeg-ts over icecast app if it is possible.
Steam recording with RTMPDump or FFmpeg.
