I am using a WPF media player control called FFME that makes use of FFMPEG.
Using that i found out how to activate the cache function and i can see in my application in the runtime directory cache files created for videos played. So i want to be able to delete those cache files because they quickly take up a lot of space.
So ignoring the control im using,
Is there a way that FFMPEG on its own either auto deletes or can return the names of cache files while playing, stopped or closing ?
If there is a way that FFMPEG can do this i can try to apply it to the wrapper.
thanks for any advice.
For the developers that use FFmpeg in their software.
