How to convert AVFrame to ID3D11ShaderResourceView

I want to develop a "Unity3D 360 video player plugin" using Nvidia hard decoding technology from ffmpeg4.1.2.
Unity gets the frame data of the video through ID3D11ShaderResourceView, so I want to know, how do I convert the AVFrame to ID3D11ShaderResourceView? Thank you!
