How to recompile ffmpeg in windows based IDE program.

I would be pleased if you let me know how can i build my ffmpeg in IDE windows based applications such as devc++ or code::blocks or visual c++.

AFAIK on Windows it's best to use MinGW or Cygwin

I think code::blocks uses ffmpeg underneath, but if I were you I would use the "dev" builds and just import the headers you need and link against the pre-built binaries.
