As I'm still relatively new to all this, can you tell me what you'll be able to do with these files?
The include-dir (in that archive) looks to me like a random collection of header-files. How would I know which ones to pack?

I guess, you may ask Zeranoe, how to build correct Dev packages.
Those .h files contain publically exported interfaces of FFMpeg libraries, and .lib files are used to dynamically link against libraries (.dll files).
