Isn't native ffmpeg encoder called "mpeg4" (-c:v mpeg4) able to do the same thing as libXviD?

I just repeated your experiment.Extracted opus audio from webm video grabbed from youtube. I tested with 2 differnt videos. For the first: the only difference between opus extracted with ffmpeg and opus extracted with mkvextract is that ffmpeg results in file that is 550 samples longer. For the seco...
