Re: DeckLink output --enable-decklink

To get the proper files with widl, I compiled mingw-w64 from source. You can use Zeranoe's build script for this. *but* you have to patch widl with this patch http://pastebin.com/7z2vYNNq Then, remove references to stdole2.tlb and generate the files: $ sed s/'importlib("stdole2.tlb");'// -i * $ widl...

Re: ffmpeg not work on Windows 2000 SP4

it's quite simple to change ffmpeg source code to make it work again in win2k, but is it really worth it? there's you and compn using it: not an amazing userbase. that's like using linux kernel 2.2. if you're so hardcore to the point of still using win2k I'd expect you wouldn't mind making a build e...

Re: YUVJ420P -> RGB24 frame conversion?

if you want to know exactly what happens in text mode, download windows nt4 source code from the piratebay and look for the read() and write() functions. write() just changes \n to \r\n and read() changes \r\n to \n and gives EOF on CTRL+Z (which is annoying when you forget to open a gzip file in bi...

Re: How to read stdout in ffmpeg

Re: YUVJ420P -> RGB24 frame conversion?

it's not writing them in ascii. basically it just changes \n to \r\n (so it adds a byte from time to time). that would explain the shifted image and skewed colors.

Re: Wiki pages are no longer available, advice needed!

In the meantime I'd suggest disabling things one at a time to make things smaller... Okay, so its working to here so far, with these added parameters to ./configure: --disable-encoders --disable-muxers --disable-debug --disable-network --disable-hwaccels --disable-indevs --disable-outdevs --disable...
