Re: Adding NewTek NDI Support to Zeranoe Build

I pushed this around a bit between the Zeranoe, NewTek and Media-Autobuild-Suite forums, but didn't really get anywhere. I don't think NewTek yet fully understand the legal and ease of integration / update concerns from the FFmpeg contributors. My impression is that NewTek are willing, but aren't pr...

Re: Adding NewTek NDI Support to Zeranoe Build

I posted a question about this and whether they would need to supply GCC libs on the NewTek Forum and they said: Actually, I do not think that to use the FFMPEG version of NDI you need any kind of support for MSVC. If I remember correctly they implemented it using dynamic binding (i.e. LoadLibrary) ...

Adding NewTek NDI Support to Zeranoe Build

As of the 3.4 release of FFmpeg, NDI network video transport solution has been added to FFmpeg: https://www.newtek.com/blog/ffmpeg-3-4-adds-ndi-io/ @zeranoe Do you have any plans to add this to the Windows builds? Or, does anyone have any tips for building it in? I'm currently using the media-autobu...

Re: Daily build different options to 3.2.2 build

The change to include CUVID in the standard Zeranoe build was announced on 16th Jan 2017. The 3.2.2 build was done on 16th Dec 2016 and so did not include the new now standard array of options. It would be handy to rebuild 3.2.2 with the current set of default options, but I guess it might not suit ...

Re: How to obtain/build libmfx*.dll and x264*.dll? (using media autobuild suite)

Turns out these DLLs are not required as the relevant libraries are linked into the DLLs that are built by media autobuild suite, as they are for Zeranoe build of FFmpeg.

Daily build different options to 3.2.2 build

I am aiming to use the 3.2.2 64 bit shared build, and I'd like to have CUVID enabled. If I download the latest daily build it includes all the options I want, however the official 3.2.2 seems to have a much more restricted set of options available. Is the expected? If so, what are the rules for what...

How to obtain/build libmfx*.dll and x264*.dll? (using media autobuild suite)

I'm pretty new to FFmpeg and this forum, apologies if I'm posting to the wrong place. I am building an AV application under Windows using VS2015, and have been linking to a 64 bit shared build. I have an old build that includes libx264.dll and libmfx-0.dll and I'd like to update the build to the lat...
