Re: Lost streams while using -map 0

i've already asked the same on Stackoverflow. And yes, I was told that the problem is in input three. And next we came to another question: This file was generated by a command: ffmpeg -i input1.avi -i audio1.mp3 -t 00:00:20 -i audio2.aac -t 00:00:20 -c copy -map 0 -map 1 -map 2 -y output2.avi And i...

Lost streams while using -map 0

Hi! I had a strange issue using ffmpeg on Ubuntu 14.04. I run a command ffmpeg -i output2.avi -c:v h264 -minrate 2000k -maxrate 5000k -bufsize 2000k -profile:v high -level:v 4 -coder 1 -s 640x360 -bf 0 -pix_fmt yuv420p -r 25 -g 25 -c:a aac -ar 48k -b:a 321k -map 0 -y outpu.mp4 It provides such a usu...

Latest versions vp9 encoding issues

Today I've tried to encode .webm file using vp9 encoding from several PNGs. (using today, 23, sept. Ffmpeg release) it worked well, terminated with no problems. Then I opened file in VLC and saw nothing but the VLC icon and moving timeline under it. After it I was forced to run ffplay. It showed me ...

Re: DirectShow Capture support

So it just streams from 4 different pins simultaneously? (short answer is no, but it would be good to get more info here, perhaps it is possible) After taking a break and realising smth i can say the following. We've tried capturing from simple EasyCap devices (I guess you could know them). They ar...

Re: DirectShow Capture support

Some time ago I tried another device. My first has 2 audio composite inputs (for left&right channels), 1 video composite input and 1 s-video input. So logs for it are above. Now I've tried another device: 1 composite audio in and 4 composite video inputs. It really can stream from 4 in parallel. But...

Re: DirectShow Capture support

I'm not really sure it's a crossbar device. But ffmpeg started to talk about crossbar first:) I don't set pins, I almost say nothing, but it failes to do anything. For example, trying simly capture it to a file: ffmpeg -loglevel debug -f dshow -i video="OEM Device" out.avi ffmpeg version N-74593-g66...

Re: DirectShow Capture support

I'm sorry for interrupting previous thread, but I have a problem with my (probably) crossbar device. I'm using simple EasyCAP converter. So, FFmpeg could not cope with it. Here's my command and it's output ffmpeg -loglevel debug -f dshow -list_options true -i video="OEM Device" ffmpeg version N-7459...
