Re: MingGW-w64 Build Script 3.6.6

Hi Z,

Please pay attention to Line No.1056 in this build script.
I think there may be a clerical mistake in warning information.
"............will need be be installed."

Re: How to generate .libs with VS2013

*.a files generated is the same as *.lib files.
You can refer to *.a files directly in your VS project.

Have you ever read this doc 4.2? This doc may help you with your problem.
Run "which link" to find out which link.exe you are using.
You should make sure the link.exe used is belong to MSVC.

Re: ffmpeg with x264 build error on Windows - libx264 not f

yami, I found that you install the libx264 into "/mingw", and you set cflags and ldflags "../x264". Are they the same path or not? You should set cflags "/mingw/include/" and ldflags "/mingw/lib/". I mean you have to set the cflags and ldflags to the path where you install the x264. E-mail:zhubao.03...

Re: ffmpeg with x264 build error on Windows - libx264 not f

yami,

Please try this.
--extra-cflags="-I../x264" --extra-ldflags="-L../x264"
I mean put -I and -L within the double quotation marks.

Re: ffmpeg with x264 build error on Windows - libx264 not f

How did you build your libx264?
Where did you locate your libx264?

Please check your CFLAGS and LDFLAGS when you configure FFmpeg.

Re: Build FFmpeg with MSVC 2013

see this:

Code: Select all

./configure: line 760: c99wrap: command not found
I think that maybe something with your VS2013(C99 not supported?).
You could try to use C99-to-C89 conversion utility and wrapper, even though VS2013 does not need it.

Good luck

Re: ffmpeg compiling - Visual Studio .sln

You have to change FFmpeg source files into C89, or you could not compile them in VS.
And it will cost too much time.
