FFmpeg is a complete, cross-platform solution to record, convert and stream audio and video. It includes libavcodec - the leading audio/video codec library.
I provide Windows builds for those of us who also enjoy great video converters on a Windows machine.
Sometimes the standard FFmpeg builds that I provide do not meet the needs of a company, or individual. Perhaps what is needed is a LGPL version, a light weight build, or additional external libraries compiled into FFmpeg.
